Calculated Hire is seeking a Legal Operations Processor II to join our team within a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a role focused on safeguarding individuals from potential financial abuse. You’ll manage and investigate cases in a structured yet self-guided environment, utilizing your keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
In This Role, You Will:
- Review and Assess Cases: Handle reports regarding potential financial abuse of individuals, managing cases in a self-driven queue. You’ll review each situation in detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Engage in Meaningful Communication: Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls—approximately 10-20 daily—with external customers and state agencies.
- Edit and Prepare Documentation: Apply your reading and comprehension skills to edit and proof documents for external distribution.
- Manage High Volumes with Care: Expect to process about 25-40 reports each day, bringing accuracy and compassion to each case.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of operations support experience, or an equivalent background in customer service, consulting, training, military, or education.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and independent task management skills.
- Proficient reading comprehension.
- Strong customer service skills with a foundation in operations.
- Comfortable navigating online systems and using basic computer tools.
Schedule:
- Hybrid Schedule: One week on-site, followed by one week remote.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
